Body measured 14.8 inches. Around 200 years old , made in the late 1700, by a French Maker Flambeau, Stamped C. Flambeau on the back underneath the button. And has a repair label inside labeled.

The viola is two pieces back, and coated with yellowish-brown colored varnish. Several cracks on the top, the side of the ribs, and the pegbox (please see the pictures) and which fully repaired. With patches underneath, and there is a patch on the inside back. The viola has been fully set up, with an Auburt deluxe Bridge, and set of dominant strings. It has a very sweet tone.
