Old ANTIQUE 4/4 German VIOLIN August Heberlein Vintage

  

This violin is antique and which made more than 100 years, The body length measured 35.8cm. It has an excellent grain maple back, but there is a soundpost crack on the back as circled in the picture shown, and a small crack from the upper left side of the f hole, which are both repaired, the back crack is fully repaired with a patch on the inside back for reinforcement, and it's in solid condition. The violin has plenty of scratches on the surface but overall looks good as an antique violin.

The violin is fully repaired & set up, with the original bridge cut by famous New York luthier Ken Meyer, a new set of strings (generic brand), It has a very clear , solid and boisterous sound.
