Rare Georgian English solid silver sugar tongs. They are hallmarked for York with the makers mark being JBGCWN for James Barber, George Cattle II & William North. They have been beautifully designed with what is termed as the fiddle pattern. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. 5.75 inches (14.3cms) long by 2.25 inches (5.6cms) across the grips and weigh 48 grams.
