This Bohemian violin was made in the 1880s and has its original hand-varnished finish. The inside has no date, but the. "Ole Bull" name is imprinted on the inside and the back of the instrument. The original horse-hair bow is included.
The original wooden case is damaged. I have had it professionally evaluated.
The true story behind how I ended up with the violin: I left church one day after praying for financial guidance due to hard times. After leaving church I stopped by a fresh market for olive oil. I parked away from everyone with no cars anywhere around me. I was inside the store for less than 4 minutes. There were still no other cars around me.
Confused, I picked it up and walked out into the parking lot hoping someone would see me just in case someone had dropped it out of their own vehicle. No one noticed or called out. I informed the store and left my number in case the owner showed up and declared it lost. It has now been two months and no one has claimed it. I call it the "Angel Violin" because nothing else makes sense.Placed right beside my driver's door? It left such an impact on me that I immediately wrote a song about it.
I have included a link. I do not play the violin, so please... Someone make me an offer and allow this violin to fulfill its journey.
