Here today for your consideration we have this superb Georgian set of six sterling silver dinner forks, made by George Smith & William Fearn of London c-1792/1793 (2) and William Eley & William Fearn of London c-1804 (4). This lovely set has been produced in a variation of the Fiddle & Thread design, with each face having three raised drops. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note.Each fork has a well executed monogram to the verso, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. The quality and gauge of this set is nothing short of exceptional, and it's likely these were a bespoke consignment from a very well-to-do family.
