Gorgeous Vintage 744 Karastan Antique Serapi 8.8 x 12 Wool Carpet

This karastan rug has been in my storage for a few years. This rug is very heavy and I can't fold it or pick it up and put it in a huge box and carry it to UPS. I apologize for the not so great photos. I probably should have taken these pictures in the sun and not the shade. The photos do not capture the beauty of the rug in person.

I did not have the strength and balance to pull each end and straighten out the wrinkles, Also I forgot to bring my broom to the storage so I didn't sweep it off so you may see a piece of paper, grass, leaf, etc. Just disregard it as it sweeps right off. The rug is in very good condition, no rips, tears, or stains on the top of the rug.

On the bottom of the rug at the end of both sides of the rug there is a tiny white strip (see images) on the thin white end strips are a few stains. I couldn't even bother with it. To me, they are nothing and on the bottom. The fringe is factory off white and not white white so they are not dirty. But I always recommend the rug be cleaned.

I had this rug professionally cleaned when I first bought it. And thought I told him to remove the few spots on the bottom but they told me that was extra and I didn't ask the to do that.
