A special vintage finish Violin Bass created by Hofner's master in the violin lacquer dept. Beautifully aged to look authentically vintage but with the advantage of a brand new bass. Very special and secret varnishes are used to achieve the remarkable aged finish. The 61-RLC is inspired by the Hofner bass Paul McCartney played in the early days of The Beatles, and features an unbound 3 piece neck and single tuners. Each bass is a unique instrument, no two are exactly alike as the aging process is all done by hand. All models are supplied with a pearloid pickguard and include a Höfner Vintage strap and case.
