Old Bohemian violin red-brown Stainer model pattern 1665. Video will open in a new window. Stainer violin after pattern 1665. The instrument was made after Stainer pattern 1665 in Bohemia late 19th century. The violin is the work of an experienced maker.

The back side is made of two pieces nice flamed maple. The ribs and head are of the same selected wood.

And the top is made of quality medium grained spruce. The antique instrument is, however, offered in a fully restored condition and has been fully and professionally setup by the our workshops.

Any repairs have either been conducted by ourselves or fully inspected and the quality of the repair verified by our workshop. No further repairs are required and is ready to play.
