The back side is made of one piece better quality flamed maple. The ribs and head are of the same selected wood. And the top is made of high quality medium grained spruce. The violin received new in the best quality rosewood tailpiece, rosewood chinrest.

The antique instrument is, however, offered in a fully restored condition and has been fully and professionally setup by the our workshops. Any repairs have either been conducted by ourselves or fully inspected and the quality of the repair verified by our workshop.
