Old Antique Vintage French Marc Laberte Stradiuarius Full Size Violin

  
The nicely figured 2 pc curly maple back measures 141/8 by 8 1/4 inches. The violin is lined and has 4 corners blocks.

There are no bassbar or soundpost cracks on the violin and the neck is solid. The scroll and pegbox are in good condition. The fingerboard is in good condition. The soundpost is standing inside the violin and there are no open seams.

The violin is for restoration. The violin is labelled thru the bass F hole as a "Atelier de Lutherie d" Art Marc Laberte Mirecourt_Vosges__France 2 (please check pics). It is also labelled thru the treble F hole as a "Copie de Stradiuarius" (please check pic).

The bridge is stamped "Marc Laberte". The violin has age related scratches/wearmarks on the varnish (please check pics).
