A pair silver fiddle pattern dinner forks. Extremely rare front hallmark with back crest. Reverse crest is of dagger in hand below royal crown.

This is a very rare hallmark placement, and is believed to of only been done with special clients requests. Made by female silver smith Mary Chawner (Widow of William Chawner II). Very good condition, crisp hallmarks and crest, no signs of damage or repair. Fully hallmarked in London made by Mary Chawner in 1837.
