Wooden vintage metronome marked The John Church Company, Improved Maelzel, Pat. The base measures 4.5"x4.5". There are some marks from tape on the right side. There are other marks on the wood as well. It also appears as though there were hinges that used to hold the door of the metronome on that have broken.

The metronome has been tested and works.
