This is a fully restored antique 4/4 violin, fiddle. There is no label or any other markings to establish exact age, provenance or maker. It is clearly very old.

Most likely it is German. The violin has been restored and revarnished at some point in the past.

There are some old repaired cracks. The repairs are professionally done, completely stable, and have no effect on the beautiful sound of the violin. The violin is in excellent ready to play condition. It will get even better with regular playing. Dimensions are: length 14" width 8 and 1/8".
