VTG Antique 1897 Russian Tsar Fiddle Sterling Silver Dinner Fork Flatware 84 HC

  

When held up to the light you can see the lightest of scratches, as you would expect on a fork that's been used. The back says "HC 1897" and has the 84 mark that shows it's Sterling Silver. My aunt VERY LIGHTLY etched her SSN into the back (see where my finger covers the middle number).
